When does Czar launch?

Soon, but we won't guess at a date. The core of Czar is built. What's left includes carrier registration for business texting, which every platform that texts your customers has to clear. Join the waitlist and you'll hear the day Czar opens.

What does joining the waitlist cost me?

Nothing. It's your email address: no card, no account, no commitment. We'll email you when Czar opens, and only about Czar. You decide then.

Do I need a computer?

No. Czar is built to run from your phone, because that's what's in your pocket at the job. A laptop works too, but it's never required.

I'm not a tech person. Will I be able to use it?

If you can send a text, you can run this. Add a customer and book a job, and you've used the whole system. Nothing to install, no training to sit through.

Can I bring my existing customer list?

Yes. Upload a spreadsheet and Czar matches the columns, shows you a preview, and skips anyone already in there. A paper book or phone contacts go in by hand, once.

How does texting my customers work?

Two ways. On both plans, Czar writes the text and you send it from your own phone, so replies come straight back to you. On Pro, Czar can also send texts for you automatically, under your business's name and only to customers who've agreed to them. Any customer can stop those anytime by replying STOP. What customers agree to, and how opting in and out works, is in our SMS Terms.

What if it isn't for me?

Once you're on a plan, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. That's a month of real jobs to decide whether Czar earns its place.

What happens to my customers if I cancel?
